The housekeeping team (Asay and Sursit) were very attentive. We stayed for 4 days and the room was always clean and tidy. They were also very thoughtful and gave fruit platters for us in our room. A friend even found flowers in her room. So they were very creative in making our stay as warm as possible. The staffs in the front desk were very helpful. Especially Mr Deepak. It was our first time in India and he helped us in anyway that he can. He suggested places to go near Delhi, transportation options etc. So he and the other staffs were a godsend. The restaurant staffs and chef were friendly and also helpful. The food was excellent. It's a great way to try out the local delicacies in the breakfast buffet. And last but not least is the hotel is actually located next to a complex building which consist of restaurants of various types of foods. So you will never get tired of one type of food.

Had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel from Feb to Apr 20024. I must compliment the management for knitting together a fine team which works together to provide anseamless experience to its patrons during their stay. The location is amazing with most landmarks in Gurugram easily accessible. Connectivity is good with the hotel being located at an important crossroad. The food options at the hotel are quite elaborate, though if one may choose to skip, there are abundant options right next door with a shopping centre located adjacent to the hotel, housing plenty of eating options. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. Must make a special mention for Chef Sandeep for dishing out delectable dishes and stewards such as Laxmikant, Gaurav and Dhiraj for their warm and prompt services on a daily basis. Conservancy and house keeping staff too needs to be complimented for the exemplary standards of maintenance and upkeep of rooms. Special mention for Anurag and Chandni for their ever pleasing and prompt services. Looking forward to visiting again.
